Why did he write the book? Simple. When you confess the worst of yourself, fools no longer have ammunition against you. This was not only a smart move, but an honest one. Everyone deserves a chance to not only set the record straight, but to clean up their act. Good on Hunter for doing this. Never mind the laptop, and never mind trying to smear his dad; partisan hate in the comments is just sad.
