Although other radical influences on Obama, from Jeremiah Wright to Bill Ayers, have been scrutinized, the public knows little about Davis, a card-carrying member of the Communist Party USA, cited by the Associated Press as an “important influence” on Obama, one whom he “looked to” not merely for “advice on living” but as a “father” figure. Frank Marshall Davis was a pro-Soviet, pro–Red China communist. His Communist Party USA card number, revealed in FBI files, was CP number 47544. He was a prototype of the loyal Soviet patriot, so radical that the FBI placed him on the federal government’s Security Index. In the early 1950s, Davis opposed U.S. attempts to slow Stalin and Mao. He favored Red Army takeovers of Central and Eastern Europe, and communist control in Korea and Vietnam. Dutifully serving the cause, he edited and wrote for communist newspapers in both Chicago and Honolulu, courting contributors who were Soviet agents.
Aided by access to explosive declassified FBI files, Soviet archives, and Davis’s original newspaper columns, Paul Kengor explores how Obama sought out Davis and how Davis found in Obama an impressionable young man, one susceptible to Davis’s worldview that opposed American policy and traditional values while praising communist regimes. Kengor sees remnants of this worldview in Obama’s early life and even, ultimately, his presidency.
Is Obama working to fulfill the dreams of Frank Marshall Davis? That question has been impossible to answer, since Davis’s writings and relationship with Obama have either been deliberately obscured or dismissed as irrelevant. Obama care is the plan the republicans wrote and backed to counter Hillary’s universal health care plan back in the 90’s but they couldnt and still cant see past his race enough to realize they(the republicans)won the battle. They even poison pulled it out of spite. Too busy commiting treason in the streets to read or think.

Obama is an Alinskyite. He spent years teaching workshops on the Alinsky method. In 1985 he began a four-year stint as a community organizer in Chicago, working for an Alinskyite group called the Developing Communities.

There will be two schools of thought on this. One that believes that communism is bad and that a commie sympathizer had no business in politics, let alone being the president. The other will believe that it’s either not a big deal or that it’s good that communism was able to work its way into mainstream American politics. The former is right.

Wow you Americans are so strange or is it your politics. Looking from outside your country you seem pretty strange. My grandfather was a communist he was wrong yet I still respect his memory. Politics aside he was a good man who worked his whole life fought in both world wars. Yet I guess if I was American I would be evil because of this. Who cares if a person has a friend who is a communist. I thought you Americans had freedom to choose what politics you want. Guess not

@ lisiva: Obama was president for 8 years. Despite all the fearmongering about his Muslim and or communist leaning (which would be entirely contradictory, by the way) he was a very conservative middle of the road politician his entire term.
This book was written before his re-election and history now shows how absurd its thesis was. The health care he introduced was basically the same as had been advocated by numerous Republicans in previous years.
His crime was simply his skin colour, that’s why Trump made Birtherism his signature issue for 10 years, a dog whistle that everyone understood.

It may look “entirely contradictory” on the surface, but why not dig a bit deeper — it all comes down to priorities, as Muslims, communists and many other anti-Western fellow travelers groups are well known for their capacity to create situational alliances in pursuit of their common ultimate goal (”the enemy of my enemy is my friend”).

Clinton, the guy in the blue dress, was with Epstein dozens of times. He was Epstein right hand guy with the under age girls.
Trump kicked Epstein out of Mar-a-Lago when he found out that Epstein was harassing one of the female staff. Mostly Democrats visited that island. Epstein was a BIG donor to the Democrats.
