Death is just escaping the weight and prison of these bodies. We can do a life over and over as we wish. You can live as many lives on this and many other planets throughout the universe. In fact most of you have, probably many times. There is nothing to grieve about when people die, since you will see them once you leave here too. Most people who had died and were resuscitated say that this life was just like having performed a play, or like a old coat, that was removed and fondly put away.
You should really listen to a lot of Near Death Experiences if you really want clear insight about why we are here and what you will see when you finally exit these meat suits.
