I read the paper version of this. It is hilarious and scary at the same time.
It shows just how much the sheer dedication of the medical staff is undermined by politicians and the ever-increasing management structure. Most of whom should not be in charge of a whelk stall, never mind a multi-billion organisation that has lives in the palm of its hand.
