LOL. I suppose given current events, where the figurehead of the GOP is a sleazeball who is under federal investigation, and whose associates, three of them, have already plead guilty to felonies, conservatives have no choice but to revise history in order to find its “heroes.”
McCarthy died a miserable alcoholic, just as he deserved.

Wishfire - McCarthy did not die ‘a miserable alcoholic’ - that was just another lie the left invented…something the Dem/Lib/Progressives & assorted leftists, Communists and Marxists excel at. To wit: Obama & his entire Admin, Hillary & Bill, etc ad nauseum.

I read this well documented, totally interesting book.
I learned many things not taught in school.
Highly recommended and a must be required reading in high school.
