38 lost lawsuits because they have produced no evidence of any wrongdoing, just baseless, outlandish accusations (and oftentimes not even those, at least in court).
Why are they still pursuing these frivolous lawsuits?
Because they are using them as an excuse for fundraising hundreds of millions of $$, the vast majority of which they are going to spend on totally different things.
How can they get away with it?
They know that people who are giving them money are too dumb to read the fine print.

A complete waste of time filled with fabrications and subjectivity. no facts. I have read the book. Seriously? Dividing the nation by labeling groups according to negative criteria, created hatred between groups via media, consistent message, and a phony smile. Assured the government expanded qualifying welfare recipients yet never gave enough which repeats a cycle of requesting more; leading to government reliance.
voting? Citizens died for the right to vote, now law prohibits mandatory identification. Our borders are not/ were never intended to be open.
the ideal example of the social-state path he built is AOC. did not grow up poor. attended/graduated uMass (top 50 school) with Econ degree yet too lazy to find a job to pay bills at 27 y/o.
he had the opportunity, i voted for him in ‘08, to bring harmony and equality between americans but chose to not. a filthy disgrace with a questionable past (no friends, no photos, no student memories?)
